Melissa was born and raised in Armidale NSW. She completed her Bachelor of Financial Administration at the University of New England in Armidale, graduating in 1995 and worked in a local accounting firm until she moved to Sydney in 1997.

Melissa worked as a group supervisor in a business services role with Court & Co and Young Barnsdall & Co (now known as Pitcher Partners). She completed her additional studies required to become a Chartered Accountant while assisting Andrew Cooper in the early 2000’s to build the business.

Melissa has become an integral part of our team as the office manager at MJT Partners and is responsible for tax return lodgements, ASIC and ATO compliance and liaising with the ATO on behalf of clients.
